Data Security
Malwin implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and payment information.
- Access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments of Platform infrastructure.
- Secure data disposal procedures upon expiry of retention periods.
Notwithstanding these measures, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure. If you have reason to believe that your Account has been compromised, please notify Malwin's support team immediately via Live Chat or the Help Center.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. Malwin does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. Parents or guardians who believe that a minor has registered on the Platform should contact us immediately via Live Chat or the Help Center.
Age Verification: Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Access to certain Platform features may be restricted pending successful age verification. Malwin does not present gambling as suitable or lawful for minors under any circumstances.
International Data Transfers
Malwin operates internationally and your personal data may be transferred to, stored or processed in countries other than Pakistan. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those applicable in Pakistan.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, Malwin uses appropriate safeguards to ensure that the data continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this Policy. These safeguards may include contractual clauses with data processors, adherence to recognised international data transfer frameworks, or transfer to jurisdictions with adequate data protection standards as assessed by the Operator's legal counsel.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may reference or interact with third-party services — for example, payment processing intermediaries or identity verification providers. Malwin is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. References to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in this Policy are contextual only and do not indicate confirmed data processing relationships with those entities.
Where we engage third-party data processors, we do so under contractual data processing agreements that impose appropriate data protection obligations on those processors, consistent with the standards described in this Policy.
Policy Amendments
Malwin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, where we introduce a new processing purpose or change how we share data — we will notify registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notice before the amendments take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to request account closure.
The date of the most recent update to this Policy is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
